Shipping & Delivery
We ship anywhere in the world, but shipping costs vary depending on the shipping address.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 days after receipt of payment and confirmation of availability of the work by the Gallery.
Delivery times are only given as an indication. Any delay in delivery cannot be a reason for damages, retention or termination of an ongoing order. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer on the order form. Delivery times that may vary in the event of delivery difficulties or holiday periods will then be notified by email to the customer.
- Working days do not include weekends and holidays.
- For international deliveries, depending on the products and regions, delivery times may vary by several weeks.
- Packages are shipped via a specialized carrier selected by the partner gallery with a tracking number and delivered with signature.
In these cases, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.
All works are subject to strict control upon departure, if a work is delivered damaged, it means that it has been mistreated during transport. You must unpack and check the contents of your package immediately upon delivery.
No complaint can be taken into account if no reservations have been made at the time of delivery. It is therefore up to the consignee to inspect the goods in the presence of the carrier and to indicate any remarks on the delivery note and confirm them by registered letter to the carrier within 48 hours.

The price of the works is set by the gallery and the artist according to several criteria: the artist’s rating, the quality of the work, its dimensions, the techniques used, the manufacturing methods, etc.
The works on Artifexio are sold at the same price as in the gallery, i.e. at the public price.
Can I negotiate the prices of the works?
To offer a price with a gallery, you can use the messaging option from your account. Send a message indicating your price offer and it will be forwarded to our customer teams and the gallery. The latter reserves the right to accept or refuse it.
Can I return a work?
A possible return requires our prior agreement and the goods must be kept available at the initial delivery address. If an item does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The return shipping costs are at your expense.

3/ Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an email and we will refund the returned product within 30 working days. The refund method is the one used for the order. It is not possible to change the payment method for the refund.
If the gallery has commissioned a specialized carrier (as when you were delivered), the amount of the return delivery will be deducted from the refund amount.
